Hello everyone. I'm slowly making progress and am now prepping to package up my focuser bits into my 3D printed case. I was curious if anyone knows the appropriate screw size to use to mount the OLED to me case? I'm guessing M2, but given that it isn't easy to get my hands on those I wanted to try to make sure I'm headed int the right direction.
I should say that I'm using the 3D printed case from the files in this project.

It is m2.
But be very careful - in mounting the oled the glass corners at the bottom are easily snapped when tightening the bolts - and the display is then stuffed.
I usually use a 3d printed bevelled spacer that fits between the case and oled, between the two bottom bolts - about 4mm wide by 2mm high that "cushions" the oled and prevents the corners from snapping - see attached - I usally reshape the bevel using a scalpel knife
I have taken to just printing the square cuton on the lid. No holes for the bolts. Then I place the OLED on the bottom of the lid over the cut-on, and use a marker pen to show the location of the 4 bolts and then use a pinwheel with 3mm drill bit to drill the holes by hand.
It seems every time I order an OLED it has different hole spacing that the last one - go figure
regards
Robert

Ah, that's great advice. Thanks!
