Well, it looks like the PHP update is the cause of the failure.
It expects now a "long" as it third argument and a string is passed.
Because of this warning, information is send _before_ the headers and
the cookie can not be set properly.
What you have is :
setcookie('DYNA_SESSION',"" ,"" ,"$path"); //delete the previous cookie if exists
setcookie('DYNA_SESSION', $session, 0,"$path"); //set the new one
Try something like :
setcookie('DYNA_SESSION',"" ,time()-3600 ,"$path"); //delete the previous cookie if exists
setcookie('DYNA_SESSION', $session, 0,"$path"); //set the new one

Hi, ok, since I upgraded php and apache to 2.x, also mysql to current versin = I got=20 the following. I dont which of the upgrades I did cause this, maybe you k= now.=20 This is the screen I get after login into the admin section. So as of now= I=20 cant add or change anything to the site. Benoit des ligneris has taken control over the new release of MyDynaWeb : 1.0 which will be a lot more than previous releases. If you are running dynaweb 0.5 (the one installed on http://www.zwecker.de) do not except any new releases as I'm alone on it and as I'm not developing the stuff currently. It runs pretty well but I don't think I'll improve it as there will be dynaweb 1.0 relativly soon... If you have problems with dyna 0.5, tell me, I can help you but don't except it to grow ! Hi there
I have just installed this great Mydynaweb and start testing it.
Everything went smooth apart from a single which I couldn't found from
the FAQ.
This error comes out when I click on of the links under BUILDING in
Admin Section.

Hello, MyDynaWeb is in the process of being completely rewritten from scratch so that it can be a complete multiuser content management system. The development team has done a big step and made a release (0.9alpha4) in order to begin to get some input from users. However, this release is for developpers only : you can't have a functionnal web site with the current release. Most of the core functionnality are there but there is very few administration interface (ie, you will have to edit your database!). Bug hunt is however open and you can browse and report bugs concerning mydynaweb on the bugzilla bug manager dedicated to mydynaweb project. Happy testing ! Salut, Il n'existe pas vraiment de guide pour MDW car toutes les actionjs que tu peux entreprendre (ou presque !) sont documentees en ligne... Pour administrer ton site MDW il faut aller dans la section "admin" c'est a dire quelque chose come http://adresse.de.ton.site/admin/ La il faut que tu t'identifies en utilisant le nom de login + mot de passe de l'usager dela base MySQL (tuy peux modifier ce comportement par defaut et entrer explicitement le login/mot de passe de l'administrateur dans le fichier de configuration de mydynaweb). Une fois dans ta section admin, en haut tu as un menu avec toutes les options d'administration pour le site. Admin - Site - Panneau de Controle - Themes - Varia - Gestionnaire de cache Construction - Boite de lien - Environements - Visuels - Communication Remplissage - Pages - Nouvelles - Calendrier Ce qui t'interesse est dans le menu remplissage (Pages) et Construction pour faire de nouvelles boites de lien. Lorsque tu cliques sur un de ces options, tu auras acc'es a une aide en ligne. Hello there :) A new feature has recently been added to the mydynaweb tree. It can display nice galleries just from a direcctory structure. Its behavior is basic : the root of all galleries is $DYNAROOT/htdocs/galleries/ there, you just have to put as many folders as you want with images inside. The script $DYNAROOT/htdocs/galleies/index.php will look for a special directory called 'thumbs' which sould contain tiny pictures. A shell script ghas been made for those who have ImageMagic installed on their Linuxbox [1], you can download imagemagic on the officlial FTP site. [2] This script will make your life really better ! :) It will take each .jpg file in the current directory and will convert it in the thumb directory. When each thumbail is done, it will ask you for the host where your mydynawb is installed, and then will scp (need ssh) the directory to the right place. Well, actually the "new" news page displays the 10 last posted news.=20 The old news page displays the other piece of news. If you want to delete a specific piece of news, go in your admin section there is a section for that. But there is no way for putting manually a piece of news into the old section... The olny thing I see, is to change the limit of 10 days in the news.php script.... But, if you are a warrior ;) you can code this facility : - first add a field in the news table :=20 alter table news add is_old tinyint not null default 0; - then add in news.php, in the query that selects rows the condition of gettinf each piece of news where is_old =3D 1... see ya :-) Alexis. Well, I've noticed that problem on your site. It's really easy to solve : Your theme (enlightenment) seams not be up to date with the cvs version. hey, ok I got the code, tweaked install.in and fired of install: (root)/[13:58]/var/www/zwecker.de/html/mydynaweb-cvs/devel-mydynaweb/install> ./install_mysql.pl Creating the mydynaweb database on MySQL called mydynaweb-devel....... DBD::mysql::db do failed: Table 'mydynaweb-devel.kernel_setting' doesn't exist at ./install_mysql.pl line 72, <IN> line 46. ........... OK mdw database is ready. Next step is to visit your site with your browser.
