Well, I've noticed that problem on your site.
It's really easy to solve :
Your theme (enlightenment) seams not be up to date with the cvs version.

That's why the comments does not appears...

cvs update into templates/enlightenement/

if it still does not work, make sure your file
templates/enlightened/comment.html is like the one I attach to this
