#1 warning on editing data

hi there!
on editing my data with mydb0.8 mydata-application I
get this message (just sometimes, sometimes it
works !? ):

Could be a cach pb. When using the browser navigation buttons?
If you could issolate. And being able to reproduce the bug it
would help.
