Sending an e-mail with the full time line with all details to the cantons eMail.

I set all canton eMails to mentor.ch. So we should be able to work on this.
If you can do everything in a PDF attachement it would be great. But content in an eMail is ok as well.

I have questions:

• Where can I set the canton information in admin? Adding more and configuring them?
• What happens when I press the "canton" send eMail? Will it send all information? The new ones? Should be clarified.
• Perhaps it should also show hom many records would be sent during the selection of cantons.
• In the XML for phone the prefix would need to be included as well . Here +41

Perhaps it should also show hom many records would be sent during the selection of cantons.

• sending new ones (those, which are not emailed yet)
• added a counter next to canton's name
• prefix fixed

I think it would be great if we have a counter: already sent, to send.
Perhaps we need also a button to send it all again (if necessary)
