mycovidtracker

mycovidtracker is an open source contact tracing software.
It allows for each person to maintain and inform its contacts and events, inform them about an infection (anonymously or not) and also to inform the authorities.

It is currently setup to work in Switzerland but can be easily changed to be used for other countries.

It relies on SMS for the signing up and for information. Therefore it must be configured with access to an SMS sending service. eMail is supported as well for some operations (not signing up).

It is only a preliminary supporting system.

Data protection

Data protection was NOT the core of the tracker. The tracker is about stopping the spread of COVID-19. Therefore the data is stored centrally.
