#4 Show a problem

Have the map, via a URL parameter containing a reference number display the current status of the problem. Consideration needs to be given that not all problems may have a LatLng associated with them (if they are raised over the phone, although we're hoping to have that sorted soon) and also the accuracy of the information. Do we want to show the exact location of a problem, for example if someone reports antisocial behaviour coming from a specific property, are we breaking any laws by showing that property specifically. We may have to show problems by postcode or street so as to not identify anyone or anything specifically.

Likewise for the content of the call. That will need to be both anonymous and vague enough not to identify people (i.e those reporting the antisocial behaviour), but at the same time the information needs to be of use. For our Lagan CRM we have a traffic light system to call upon, where each problem is broken down into stages and those stages given SLA levels. We can just then show the stages and their traffic light status, no need for specifics.

We'll abstract the integration again, so those without Lagan or any CRM can still use this functionality.
