Are you trying to access it on a local server? If so which
server? Also can you please post what the error
message in the "error.log" is. If it is the same problem I
was having on Apache, I could help you on getting it to
work. Just a note, you will need to download perl. It is
reccommended if you downlaod activestate perl.
