#5 Add ARTIST_ID to Song table
This is a patch for the webgui that allows to add ARTIST_ID to the Song table, allowing to have different
artists for each song on one CD.
mcdb_insert.pl does not use it currently but should be patched to get the info from the TARTIST* field
of the CDDB files (if existant) or split the TTITLE if it contains a "/".
The Song.ARTIST_ID is NULL if there is no artist for the single song. The CD.ARTIST_ID is NULL if there
are artists for each of the songs on the CD.
