#1 Documentation error for mxrMatrixCreate

The documentation states prototype for the function as:
void mxrMatrixCreate( mxrMatrix *M, int x, int y);

This is wrong it should be:
void mxrMatrixCreate( mxrMatrix *M, int y, int x);

although small you can imagine the frustration this can
cause, perhaps an idea for future releases would be a
return of an error instead of void to aid debugging...
matrix addition and subtraction would be nice too...
