MxMenu is an app to create launcher menus.

Installation

Binary Package

Get the latest installer by clicking the green "DOWNLOAD" button on the bottom of this page and run the installer. The installer installs MxMenu to the Program files folder (on windows: C:/Program Files/MxMenu) and places 2 example menus (a simple one and a more fancy one) on the Desktop. These examples have the extension .mxm. You can run them by double-clicking on them.

Build from Source

Get the latest sources from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mxmenu/files/src/
qmake
make

Command-line options:

MxMenu.exe [options] file.mxm

Options:
-?, -h, --help ... displays help
-v, --version ... displays version information
-s, --silent ... silent mode. Shows the menu without the ability to configure it. (Usefull if you make a menu for someone else who should not be able to modify the menu)

Arguments:
file.mxm ... The file containing the menu to be displayed
