[Mxflib-developers] getchar() before exit...

It seems to be useful in some cases to have command-line applications pause=
 before exiting, but not always.

Therefore I propose that each of the mxflib applications gain a -z option t=
o cause "Press enter to continue" and to wait on getchar().

Any objections or comments?
