[Mxflib-developers] Next release this weekend

I intend to release mxflib-alpha-0.4.0 this weekend.  If you think there 
are any problems in doing so please squeek now or forever hold your peas.

Obviously please don't check-in anything during the weekend as it might get 
half released!!
