#99 lat/long converter

Would it be easy to add a lat/long converter to the add/edit ce form? We have a lot of localities that are in degrees/minutes or degrees/minutes/seconds. Right now we just calculate the decimal degrees ourselves (dividing by 60) or just use a converter site, like this: http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/bickel/DDDMMSS-decimal.html
