#42 incorporate tags into nexus file

I like how mesquite includes a 'BEGIN NOTES;' block that allows one to keep notes/comments associated with the matrix. Any way to incorporate mx tags into the exported nexus file? I have been using the 'comment' tag on various cells in my matrix, but it would be great if those were portable to mesquite.
