#147 rendering lat/long

not a bug exactly, but ces cane end up rendering funny. See this lat and long in this one:

Had realized the same error, but still unsure if this is an accepted notation or not.
In my case the elevation also appears weird, "m" symbol appears even if value is not there, and if value is informed it's preceded by a dash.

there is also an issue where if the initial and end dates are in different months, the output comes like
29-5.vii.viii.1980
instead of
29.vii-5.viii.1980
