No

When the device is configured in Station-Infra or Station-Adhoc
mode then we wish to be able to report the current wireless signal as
provided by the wireless chipset.

Perferrably this info will be available through both a console
monitoring application and a constantly-refreshing web page to allow
for monitoring while antenna adjustments are being made.

Other information may also be available such as RSSI and Noise
values, depending on the interface into the chipset and what is
available via the standard WE's

The site survey is available at all times through the web interface - no matter
the mode you are in. This will show the signal strength. There is also the 'survey'
command you can run from the console. Combine that with the watch command
and you could get the console refreshing itself constantly with your survey
    results.
