#3 Support for limiting Web Admin to specific interface

While the device is in a bridged configuration we wish to be able to
limit the Web Administration server to only serving requests on a
specific interface.

An option in the web administration should be added that allows you
to set the web server to serve requests using either of the following
options.

1. Wireless and wired
2. Wireless only
3. Wired only

We can change the port the web admin is on (implemented) but unfortunatly the
HTTPD daemon in BusyBox doesn't support interface binding.

We might be able todo this with iptables later.
