#10 SSL support for Web Administration

We need to investigate SSL support for the Web Administration
pages. Currently we are using the httpd daemon provided in
Busybox. We need to investigate if this supports HTTPS and what
extra libraries may be required. If support isn't available we may
need to investigate other web server options or perhaps a wrapper
application such as ssltunnel.
