Script Compilation Problem

Any script with ´Player´ gives an error after changing:
f.e.: getdistance, player <100
Error: ´Player´is not a valid ID
Script will not be compiled.
Game will hang up.
You have to open the Script mit normal CS and save once
more (now without any changes). Now all works quit good.

Actually, it only happends when Player (or any other NPC ID)
contains in multiple ESM or ESP files (like Morrowind and
Tribunal ESMs, for instance. It turns out that Tribunal is quite
'dirty'... yet an other reason to do not like Bethsoft builders
and programmers :) ).
It becomes 'doubled', and the system finds it invalid - at least
as much as I found out. Looks like it's NPCs-type specific bug
(e.g. there were two instances of containers - unedited from
MW, and edited from my pluging, and I when tried to
getdistance my_container, it worked fine.)
