#29 Move 1D ODE Vector Field into New Tool

the 1D ODE Vector field tool isn't really a 1X1 ODE
vector field, it is a "slope field" and should be named
thus in its own tool:
Slope Field Plotter

The 2D & 3D ODE Vector Fields should be tab-accessible
under the ODE Vector Field Plotter tool.
