    My dhcpd.conf:

    option domain-name              "local";
    option subnet-mask              255.255.255.0;
    #option domain-name-servers 63.240.76.4, 204.127.198.4;

    allow bootp;
    allow booting;

    #option ip-forwarding    false;  # No IP forwarding
    #option mask-supplier    false;  # Don't respond to ICMP Mask req

    subnet 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
      option routers        192.168.0.1;
      range 192.168.0.100 192.168.0.250;
    }

    group {
      next-server 192.168.0.240;          # IP address of your TFTP server

      host mvp { # NOTE: Change the hardware ethernet to the MAC address of your actual MVP
               hardware ethernet 00:0d:fe:00:xx:xx;
               fixed-address 192.168.0.57;
               filename "vomp-dongle.bin";
               option root-path "/home/mvp,rsize=4096,wsize=4096,nolock";
      }

    }

    My MVP stays on booting with one steady light and two flashing.

    Any idea please?

      I have manage to make it boot by using tftpd and dhcp3-server instead of atftp.

      The problem now is when I try to see recordings mvpmc crashes and reboots. Also it crash mythbackend when I try to watch livetv.

        Sorry for the delay in responding. As you can see, this forum doesn't get a lot of traffic. The community primarily uses the mailing lists.

        I don't know the answer to the issue you are seeing, but similar symptoms were reported on the mvpmc users mailing list not long ago. You might be able to find the answer by reviewing the archives (at Nabble; see the wiki page on the mailing lists), or by posting your question there, where it will be seen by many more people.
