#34 HD Replay Displays only half screen
Have the latest BTV loaded ver 4.6. Latest mediamvp loaded. Using the Wireless Hauppauge device. When recorded shows are viewed on the PC using Beyond TV, the HD and the regular 4:3 displays properly. After numerous hours, I have come to the conclusion that these products are not ready for prime time use because of the following errors! What other alternatives exist to accomplish the same tasks?
Using the Mediamvp and the btv4 interface, the following errors occured.
1) HD display only fills the upper half of the screen. You have no control over contrast, color, etc.
Changed the aspect ratio to 4:3 and about a third of the upper portion of the screen is displayed.
2) When play is selected, only about 20 seconds of the recording is displayed. Select play again and it plays a little more. Use fast forward, and it moves ahead and returns back to PLAY.
3) Live TV does not work at all.
4) Exception floating point inexact result error message appears on the PC. 0xc000008f occured at location 0x77e4bee7.
