#3 On-Screen notify prior to start of a fav. Program

It would be great to have a part of mv running in the
background (with a list of fav. programs starting time)
and notifying the viewer (if the box is turned on)
about selected favorite programs say 5 mins ahead of
it's starting time, giving the user the option to
switch to it, cancel switching or maybe record it. The
on-screen message should hide automatically after x sec
from showing if no input was made by user (say he was
away from the box).

This option should go with fav. programs which are not
assigned with a timer.
If the program is assigned with a timer on-screen
massage should have the timer options (record/switch)
pre-selected.

As a start mv can make use of WebIf external
tvMessageWindow to notify viewers.
