#66 Mutella is too heavy on port usage for some routers
I use Mutella from behind a NATted ADSL connection.
Very frequently, the router doing the NAT complains
that it is out of resources when Mutella is running.
I suspect this would be because of the high number of
connections held open by Mutella (and of course because
of the crappy router, but I could not choose it).
I fiddled around with limiting the number of
connections Mutella established, and was indeed able to
cut down on the number of peers connected to.
However, whenever I add a file to the transfer list,
Mutella seems to open a connection towards this server.
Thus, if I have multiple files waiting in the transfer
queue, and no transfer actually takes place, many
connections still seem to be open.
For this it might be useful to limit the overall number
of connections Mutella can make.
