#56 Result speed should be sum of all host speeds, not average

This may be a MUWI bug rather than a Mutella bug,
aplogies if these bugs are supposed to be recorded
elsewhere.

On the "Results" page, each grouped result is given a
speed calculated from the speed of the hosts serving
that file. Unfortunately that figure is currently an
average of the speeds rather than the sum. This has
the effect that, for instance, a single DSL-speed host
is ranked higher than an equivalent speed host where
there is also somebody hosting it over a modem - which
I'm sure you'll agree is not sensible behaviour.

A trivial bug but it'd be really useful if you could
fix it! Apologies if this has already been fixed in
CVS, I'm only using v0.4.3.
