#7 MWebCache problem (Fixed file here)

MWebCache is added as gnutella cache.

To avoid this, when MWebCache is queried in these ways:

the response must be ERROR: Network not supported

I have updated MWebCache.

Fixed: MWebCache is inserted as gnutella cache
Fixed notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_PORT in mcache.php on line 95
Fixed notice when gdata.txt is empty: Undefined offset: 0 in mcache.php on line 432
Fixed: $debug_mode undefined in exitwarn

I have also changed version to 0.2.1 since there are MWebCache 0.2 here:
