This needs to collect connection IPs all the time in a
cache that is later saved, so you have more chances of
staying connected and getting connected when starting
it up.
It does spread that info, i once tested with 2 nodes. Node A
and Node B, I connected them to each other and connected
node C to B. When i used Node A to search it also connected
to node C automaticly.
For the moment it's best to write down good ips and put the in
your seed host.(with 10-20 ips it connects much faster then
with 300)

Gwebcache was implemented for allowing people to get recent
