#68 create file hashes in new thread

If I dump several GB of my home videos into the files
directory, the next time I start MUTE it takes forever
to allow me to use mute at all.

The hashes should be created in a background thread so
that I can download (and upload and forward) while my
cpu is busy calculating the hashes.
