I think that we can help keeping the connection with a
temporary overloaded node.(release him only in
tremendous situation of dropping)

Reason/Explanation:

The node could be overloaded only for a limited
time..due big transefs of other guys thru him.
To discard such nodes searching from another isn't
useful because creates a massive "search for the node's
slot run", and another user 'll connect soon to the
empty slot of the overloaded node(starting having same
problems)(the Gwcahce 'll have bigger traffic too)(for
global network efficiency we have solved nothing by
discarding it).
In a functional Mute's networks it is a probable
situation : all nodes has a great load, and to became
overloaded is easy.

My suggestion is to keep "overloaded nodes" connected
and to do less requests and searches thru them
meanwhile they are overloaded, periodically retrying
(adjust satistical routing).
Perphaps the current statistical routing will do this
work automatically yet.
When their load will decrease they (ex.overloaded) are
ready to became functional neighbours.
This is my thinking.
Cheers
