In this days I am thinking about Mute algorithms and
topology 24/24.
This is a fascinating problem!!!!

I think that the weight of anonimity for dialup user is
very high.
There is the possibility to change the balance of the
statistic router for these nodes?

Explain better: when a dialup node connect with another
mute node declare himself like dialup.
The Mute node ack this situation and try to send
traffic over dialup user rarely..(example:half or
quater probability of such event ..if he has got
another route).
The Mute node start monitoring the dialup user to
verify that he is a slow connection(is it a liar?).

Why do you have to reduce the contribution of such
users to community?
I think that if Mute became usable for 56k's(or dialup)
modems there will be a grow of users in Mute network.
The idea is to increase the weight of anonimity traffic
over our fast connections in exchange of the grow of
overall shared files.

There should be a bandwith control for this modem
users and if they are not slow connection they'll be
discrded.

ANOTHER IMPRESSION
another impression is that a modem user can rise the
efficiency by reducing the number of Mute node
connected.(3 instead of 5)
1)He doesn't need a lot of speed
2)Less anonimity traffic
Perhaps you can change the recommended number of
connection regarding the type of conncetion.

What do you think?Am I wrong?
I appreciate your impressions.
