#30 incorporate some sort of host connection rejection file

There have been reports in the Yahoo group for Mute (
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MUTE-
THIRDGENERATIONGNUTELLIUM ) that media groups, and
groups hostle to p2p are logging onto the mute network.

Please implement a host rejection file (that would
disallow connections from ips in the file you can update).

just use a program that stops all such connections from
coming into your computer such as peer guardian.
