    I'll take a look at this soon, have finals so busy atm. Looks good so far,
    except I see a trivial error in the rpl_myinfo.

    This would interfere with Unreal's +q <nick> cmode which
    indicates a channel owner. I personally disagree with this
    idea, because:
    - Why would you have someone in your channel if you don't
    want them to speak?
    - Why not just +b them without kicking?
