When I try test connection (see image), fail and show this error "No Issues found. Please define the issues filters in MantisBt with public and all project opction".

But, the combo box is disable and I can't select option, and OK button disable too.

Have you created a Filter with actvated Public and AllProject checkboxes on MantisBT?

You have to create a Public AllProjects Filter on Mantis Bug Tracker directly.

I have created a HowTo Article on the Wiki for this issue:
