The error messages in your printscreens, are generated from the MantisBT mantisconnect api.
Can you tell me which version of Mantis you use?
Murtle is only supporting MantisBT version >= 1.2.4.

Try to open following php file, by inserting the URL of your mantis installation, in your webbrowser
    http://your mantis webserver/api/soap/mantisconnect.php
You should receive a webpage, which describes the mantisconnect soap interface.

If your receive an error, then was that the reason for your issue and you should check your mantis installation.

    - Our Mantis Version is 1.2.8
    - The MantisConnect info page is shown correctly, see attachment ManticConnect.png

Are you able to reproduce that problem, do you see a chance to get Murtle running with Mantis 1.2.8?

The same error might also occur with Mantis >1.2.8..

Sorry for the delayed responce, i had to setup a testbench with Mantis 1.2.8.
I tested the connection, but i can't reproduce your problem.

In your Windows Temp diretory, there is a File named %TEMP%\Murtle.log can you upload me this file by email to dimenco@users.sourceforge.net.

I have found an issue on the futureware connector which murtle is using.
This issue might to be similar to your problem.
    http://www.futureware.biz/mantis/print_bug_page.php?bug_id=374

Please check your php.ini settings about the memory_limit and set it to 32M.

Could this be a matter of the internet connection?

When I'm in the office, everything works very well.
But at home, where my connction is slower and has a higher latency time (it's internet via satellite), I get the same error, when I click on the "Choose issues" button.

I use the same Laptop on both locations. The only difference between the office and my home is the internet connection.
