Further fixes and robustness to the server viewer / CVP.

• Fix jquery URL to use HTTPS on HTTPS pages
• Correctly hyperlink channels with spaces in their names
• When not using hyperlinking, do not hyperlink the root channel either
• Make sure the CVP JSON data is naturally ordered like JS and Qt (Mumble) order them. (Sadly, PHP itself does not provide such natural ordering; thus, a custom/fixed natural ordering had to be implemented.)

It has been some time since the last release, but here is a new one. :)

• Fix CVP/viewer wrong channel/user order
• Fix viewer connect links
• Viewer: Do not wrap in channel or user names on limited width
• Improved documentation and error text (hint to possible solution)
• Solution to potential Ice connection issues
• Drop invalid JS code (resulted in an error in the console log; did not prevent any functionality though)

MumPI 2.2.4 has been released.
It is mainly a bugfix and maintenance release, now compatible with Mumble 1.2.4 which was release as a release candidate today.

Version 2.1.1 has been released yesterday.
You can now select a servers default-channel (before you had to enter chan-id),
and you can now specify an icesecret optionally used by mumble since 1.2.2.
And some more. See commit-log.

Did some work on MumPI again. It now works with Murmur 1.2.2s icesecret context. (And maybe with snapshots icesecretread!? not tested yet.)
Also fixed a bug and did some other (minor) changes.

I also introduced a stable tag, which I will keep at the latest revision that does/should run stable.

User section fixed now.

1.2 has been released with some fixes and a russian translation

1.0 is now released.
I chose to make a major version jump to 1.0 as it was already running pretty good and stable, even when there are still more features planned.
One can now manage admingroups with permissions, and servers. An admin can only be in one group, for now.

For the repository, I’ll convert it to git, before adding it.

I tested it a lottle bit this weekend, but if you find any (security) flaws, please make sure to submit them.
