Mumoco

Create multi monitor profiles and store them.
Link the profiles with conditions.
Mumoco automatically sets the right profile to the current conditions.

Now depends on acpi package

31.05.2013: Please Note:
Mumoco produces mouse lag since Kernel 3.8.
Mouse lags on every poll-intervall (every 1 sec)
I think i have to disable polling for changes, so you can only set display properties manually via tray icon context menu.
