[MUMmerGPU-devel] Maf file

I am a researcher at Idaho State working on evolutionary development of bat
wings. This is my first post to this list.

Does MummerGPU create a .maf file? If not, is there a conversion program? I
need an alignment program that will align several large genomes (2 GB) and
create a .maf file for input into phyloP (phastcons).
