[MUMmerGPU-devel] Assertion error

Hello,

I've been trying to align human Chr 13 query sequences with the Chr 13
reference using MUMmerGPU 2.0, but I get the following error:

failed.
Aborted


My configuration is:
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
GPU memory: 1 GB
CUDA version: 3.0
OS: Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit

Does anyone know how this can be fixed? I'd really appreciate any help.
