[MUMmer-help] TIGR::Foundation in nucmer?

Hi,
I have a problem in nucmer, promer and mapview.the error is like :
Can't locate object method "new" via package "TIGR::Foundation" (perhaps you forgot to load "TIGR::Foundation"?) at /Users/jiuhai/bin/MUMmer3.23/nucmer line 157.
Can anyone help to correct it
