In case anyone is interested I have been working on a script that graphically displays the output of 'show-coords -lcdTH' in a pile-up sort of view. It is still under development but is fully functional for what it has already. The software is called 'coords-view' and requires Bio-Graphics-2.25 (Bioperl module) and creates ping images.
