#5 Missing RC Flag

The reverse complement flag (*) is not displayed when
flipping a single query contig with --layout.

For example, align a sequence to the reverse of itself.
Displaying the alignment with mummerplot shows the rc
alignment. Displaying the alignment with mummerplot
--layout shows a forward alignmnent, but no RC flag (*)
next to the sequence name.
