#2 Add bugreport section

As a feature request, I would like a bug report section in the tracker. I can't file bugs now :S

I can also not post any bug reports on the forum at the main site, because all posting is disabled.

Ofcourse I can add the bug reports here, but lets try to keep it tidy at the start.
