#2 Patch to build against Fedora

This patch allows mumbles to be built against Fedora.
- Alters setup.py to install python package to /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/mumbles
- patched /usr/bin/mumbles and /usr/bin/mumbles-send to look for the package in the new location
