Summary:

* Implement TCP flavor of the Growl protocol
* Add Avahi support

Growl uses TCP by default, but mumbles only implements the UDP flavor of the Growl protocol. This means that mumbles can't receive Growl notifications unless the application in use can be manually configured to use UDP (most can't). This also means that Growl can't be made to forward messages to mumbles because its forwarding feature is TCP-only.

Growl also relies on Bonjour (a.k.a. Zeroconf or Avahi) in order to handle forwarding. Thus Growl can't forward to mumbles unless mumbles advertises itself through avahi.
