    Hi,

I'm very new user of Mumble and perhaps it is a very easy question to answer, but so far I didn't succed in resolving it.

What I want to do is to let start Mumble from a batch-data and automatic to connect to a custom server I configured.

When I type "mumble" in the command line, mumble starts and a window "Mumble Server Connect" appears with my custom server. When I click on "Connect", it works, but I want to have this connection automatically.

I tried "mumble xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" where xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP-Address of my custom server but it doesn't work. Mumble starts normally but the Server Connect Window doesn't appear and mumble writes "opening URL xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" and then "URL scheme is not 'mumble'".

Is it possible to start mumble from the command line and have it automatically connected to a custom server?

Thank you very much for your help

    Laurent

Thanks a lot, it works :-)

Now Mumble connects itself with the server by starting.
A little problem is that mumble is now asking a user name.

Is it possible to give it also in the command line? (Like mumble mumble://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx user:username, or something like that)

      Thanks a lot
      Laurent

        Hi,

        I found already the solution

        mumble mumble://user:pwd@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
        It's like ftp :-)

Thanks again for the first help
