Which OS to run murmur on?

I have a dedicated server which I have decided to run as a mumble server rather than getting rid of it.
Which operating system would be the best/easiest to install in order to get the most out of mumble/murmur.

    My choices are as follows:

    CentOS 6.4 - 32 or 64 bit
    Debian 6.0 and 7.0 - 32 or 64 bit for each
    Ubuntu 12.04 - 32 or 64 bit
    Windows Server 2008 - standard, web, Datacenter,, R2 Standard, R2 Web, R2 Datacenter, R2 Enterprise - 32 and 64 bit for all
Windows Server 2012 - Datacenter, Web

I would like it to be able to install/run Ice in order to run MumPI for managing the mumble servers.

I previously had issues running CentOS6, but that was mostly down to the server also having WHM/Cpanel and running several websites.
The new setup will only have the OS installed - no Control Panels.
I have a permanent KVM access to the server.

I would prefer an OS that handles Murmur and Ice with ease

Im running mumble-server on Linux Mint 16 64bit
and i manage servers with phpMumbleAdmin,
was realy easy to install server and get phpMumbleAdmin working with ICE.

Unfortunately, that is not one of my available options for the Operating system though :(
Any other pointers on which is best (from my available choices) for running murmur/ice?

Well closest to my setup is Ubuntu 12.04 64bit
they use same version of programs,
my old server was Ubuntu 12.04 32bit,
then i got my old pc parts to server with ssd and new cpu gave me a chance to move to 64bit so i can try run Counter-Strike Source server if i get bored=)

    Try out Ubuntu 12.04 64bit.
