Server bitrate is set 72800 (forced Opus codec), when connecting the server will say this:

    [20:54:47] Welcome to Mumble.
    [20:54:49] Connecting to server 10.0.10.2.
    [20:54:49] Connected.
    [20:54:50] Welcome message: uMurmur 0.2.13
    [20:54:50] Server maximum network bandwidth is only 72 kbit/s. Audio quality auto-adjusted to 43 kbit/s (10 ms)

Yet, when checking server information in Mumble:

    Mumble

There's a difference between allowed network bandwidth and audio codec bitrate. If you are limited to 72kbit/s network bandwidth you have to substract network overhead from that. At 10ms (meaning 100 packets per second) this a quite a hefty chunk. That leaves you with the 43kbit/s for actual audio data (as mentioned in the log). What the server information dialog shows is actual bandwidth (limits) on the wire.
