When running multiple servers, how does the servers know which user belongs to which server?
Could we have a table prefix added to the ini file to identify which server the tables belong to, or have murmur create the schema and tables if they do not exist? ( second choice would probably be the most secure method ) Then we would only be required to create the user account to maintain security and seperation.

For sqlite3, mumrur already does all the table creation. SQLite3 is the official database format; if you want to deviate from that you'll have to do database creation on your own -- I can't very well support MySQL, Postgres, Oracle etc in the binary itself ;)

However, adding a prefix is of general use to all databases, and it is now implemented in current SVN.
