    This log shows that registername, registerpassword and registerurl have to be
    set. But even with these parameters set the server is still not shown.

    Can someone help me ?

    PS : Why don't use install a real forum on your website slicer, this forum is
    really lacking functionalities...

    you log says:

    => Registration needs nonempty 'registername', 'registerpassword' and
    'registerurl', must have an empty 'password' and allowed pings.

    • do you have a sever password?
    • does your server answer to PING?
    • could you please paste part of your mumble-sever,ini where you config the registration (EXCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD / delete or mask it!)

    Thanks for your reply.

    do you have a sever password?

    Yes, but I tried with and without with no change.

    does your server answer to PING?

    Yes.

    could you please paste part of your mumble-sever,ini where you config the
    registration (EXCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD / delete or mask it!)

    registerPassword=**
    registerUrl=http://www.team-frenchie.com

    do you have a sever password?

    Did you mean a registerpassword ? Or a password required when connecting ?
    I have a registerpassword , but no password is required to join the server.

    you did right.. no password to join the server.
    could you try to avoid extra ascii for your registerName?
    like no <space> [ - #
    not shure if that is the problem so..

    Hm... How can I set a new registerpassword ?
    Because I think mine is perhaps false, so that would explain why the server id
    not shown.

    Yup, problem confirmed, I now have a Registration: Wrong password
    entry in the logs.

    So the big question, is : how can I change the password stored into the
    registration server if I lost the first password I entered ?

    I got the answer from dD0T on IRC : you cannot change the password, but to
    register again you need to change the registername, which acts as a "login" to
    the superserver.

    I changed the registername and now my server is shown on the list :)

    Problem solved.
